Terms & Conditions

– Reservations and cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
– This package is subject to availability and may sell out without prior notice.
– All rooms are based on double occupancy and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 12.
– Breakfast for two adults is included. One accompanying child under the age of 12 may enjoy complimentary breakfast.
– The Personal Color Experience voucher is valid for 2 months from the package purchase date. The validity period cannot be extended, and unused vouchers are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
– Advance reservation for the Personal Color Experience is required via the QR code on the voucher. The hotel guest’s name must match the name used for the Naver reservation.
– The physical voucher must be presented upon arrival at rom&nd Seongsu Pink Office and is non-transferable.
